The articles here are aimed at a foreign audience hence the report of the foreign offenders which doesn't mean that Thais weren't also targeted.
You will not have any problem leaving. And assuming you are leaving without a re-entry permit you won't get any problems returning. Only if you have any future business in an immigration office could they possibly fine you for the non report, but it's a minor issue in any case so not worth worrying about.

Do you have a Non O that provided 90 day stamp or you have 12 month extension from the Non O or possibly even a Non O-A?
