I am well aware of the meaning of this proverb. There's likely a basis to a rumour. It can also be said to be an accusation with no basis other than speculation. It's also a saying that has absolutely zero basis in law.
If there is ever a statute of limitations it should be on these type of claims . How can you defend yourself on this , even when proved right you will always be judged wrongly by many . The woman that make these false claims should face the same punishment and length of sentence that the man would get if guilty
Not only the one wheeled scooter. Since when did we start to go on motorbikes, bicycles and other vehicles shirtless on public roads. Have we really lost our pride, dignity and respect soo much?
