Is it more fun to have sex with educated women?

I was more on the sustainable relationship part. I'm fine with a farmer girl in Thailand which gives alot of freedom to travel, and do what we want, since labour is cheep, and we have trusted people to take care.

In Brazil, I would had lived in an a appartment in a city, and would prefered my woman to work, and they actually make decent money in Brazil, compared to here in Thailand, who only get "poket" money.

What about Spain? You worked the same, and had the same economic standard in Thailand and Spain. Meaning you would make + -40% higher salery in Spain.

I like Spain, nice beaches, clean water, but hairy women.

I've never really needed to work, it's irrelevant.

I'd rather talk with other guys, women don't have that much to say that I want to hear.

And I get tired of hearing their obvious pleas for a bigger house, new car or more money, which is essentially all you will hear from most of them.

Either will do, if you want to have sex, doesn't really matter whether its with a man or a woman , its not the 1950's anymore and no ones bothered by it anymore

What are you talking about?

Nothing is free.  Just because it doesn't appear as a line-item on the bill, doesn't mean you aren't paying for it.

You mean like FREE shipping from Lazada, or FREE water in a restaurant?

Someone IS paying for it even if not specified as YOU, but that's who it is.

I always thought the free shipping was the Chinese government undermining other countries manufacturing base.

In SEA I have the power, in the West she has the power (to upgrade).

I got my first bj from law student who become youngest judge in X country.

So she had other talents too.

So I say YES; sex + education = sex education.

No, the shipping is paid for by YOU in the price you pay. What if the parcel does not come from China.

So happy that mine is one of the minority. Or maybe she has realised that I am not as loaded as she expected. Still 15 years together.................

If I buy a rechargable flashlight for 22bht inc free delivery, I'm fairly sure it ain't me paying the postage. It's actually very good but the battery was too small, after fitting a 21700 35bht 3200ma lion battery it's amazing value. I bought 3, light lasts 6hrs after the mod.

Long sleeve sports shirts 89bht, rechargeable Bluetooth keyboard 65bht

All free delivery, can't see how I'm paying for the delivery.

Actually, I was having a chat yesterday with a couple (USA/Thailand) which I meet on a beach bar.
The lady noticed that I was wearing a Thai amulet and wanted to know where I got it.
After telling her that I had been living the last 25 years in Thailand, we had a nice chat together.
Aparently, the couple moved to Spain a few years ago and travel every year to Thailand for a family reunion.

I think you have to remember that you're in a country where the food you're eating is quite cheap.  No offense, but it doesn't really look high quality for Europe.  This means you need to compare it with the same kind of food in Thailand (not the exact same dish).

By the looks of the photos, where you're eating looks comparable with a Thai outdoor restaurant selling most everyday dishes for around 40-60 baht.

So, what you're eating in these photos, could be up to ten times cheaper in Thailand.

Naah. Thailand is only cheap if you eat crap and live in crappy rooms. Decent quality food and accommodation in Thailand costs pretty much the same as in the West.

It's not cheap.

Only thing that is cheaper is massages.

Shopping for original legit clothing is actually more expensive, due to the exchange rate. International cars are also more expensive.

Those "five star hotels" in Bangkok is nowhere near a five star hotel in London

Thanks ... People who think TH's self rated 5* hotels are even close to 5*, apparently have never stayed in 5* hotel elsewhere.  You get what you pay for ... sometimes, and it's not 5*.

There is a few good 4 stars and even 4,5, but so far no 5 stars really. But even the classical 5 stars hotels back in Europe can be deleted as well, but then it is different criterias coming down to, staff,  roomservice etc.

Last experience at Chatrium in Silom was quite good, and I would say it was close. Anyway, it is the total experience that matters, and for the price, Chatrium Riverside is one of my favorites now.

Did they have 24hr room service ?  A shoe shiner in the lobby, along with a tailor ?  Could the concierge get you play, opera or concert tickets on request ?   Were there 'house' cars (Benzs) available any hour ?  At least one of 2 restaurants available all day ?

We stayed at Chatrium Riverside, (self rated 5*, and people rave about it) a nice value, but I'd only give it 3*, and I'm being kind.  It was also ~3800 w/buffet breakie (excellent), so we got what we paid for, and that was quite some time ago.  Aside from brekkie, in house food was crap, or maybe I simply ordered the wrong thing, maybe.

Just peeked, and still self rated 5* and 5600 baht now (Monday 17 Dec), with brekkie, only 1 room left on booking.com.

6500 + 1300 for brekkie for the rest.  Not worth 7800 IMHO.

I do agree with you, but it is as good as Thailand can offer in Bangkok, as far i know, and in my price range. Stayed at Marriot Queens park, and the only thing worth staying there is Goji bar and restaurant.

As long there is not to much Chineese, Indian or Arabs in the breakfest area, Im pleased these days. Sorry to say, but, thats how it is

Who then IS paying for the delivery?

With the flashlights, you must buy 3 to get free delivery, plus 3 x 35 for the new batteries, with shipping probably Bht 38. Add that up, 81  + 105+ 38 = Bht 142. So Bht 45 each. Still sounds a bargain !

I stayed In 5* in the USA & 4ish * in Canada, but we got amazing discounts for being airline/travel industry employees.   I would never pay full fare, not only because I'm thrifty, but I simply wouldn't use the amenities.  Especially now, since I don't drink alcohol.

Chatrium have nice properties, though more competition, newer properties available now, than when I stayed there, long time ago.   Stayed at the Sheraton Suk long time ago also, and very nice, but that was a freebie, burning all my TG/UA air miles.   I had to pay the tax, not covered, and was 700 baht, which at the time, was my normal price for hotel in BKK :cheesy:

All the previously budget hotels I used to stay at, have now doubled their prices, and to be fair, it is not worth it anymore. Amara in Silom still have decent prices except busy weekends and days, and have ok breakfest.

Still managed to get Chatrium at 6k included breakfest middle of January, which is ok for the time being.
