Dealing with brain fog

Featured Replies

Depends how often.  I stopped taking my multivitamin, and noticed a bit of fog.  Started taking again, and no fog.   Now take 1/2 of the multivitamin, and still no fog.

Obviously my diet lacks something that's in the vitamin.  Maybe try a low dose multivitamin.  Suggest low dose, as mine has 100+% of some nutrients, and a bit of overkill, since my 'whole food' diet is fairly decent.   BUT, missing something.

Still haven't gotten my vitamin / mineral blood test (no available here), to see, what if anything I'm deficient or OD'ing on.

All I take is the 1/2 Multi, Creatine (3-5g a day) & Magnesium (400mg)

I try to avoid Sativas

First of all I would address your exercise regimen, without exercise I find it impossible to keep my head clear. The second thing I would look at is some type of very powerful superfood such as a green drink, with blue green spirulina, barley grass, wheat grass powder, broccoli powder, beetroot powder, kale powder, spinach powder, things like that. You can mix your own or you can buy them pre-made, they are all very powerful brain foods, and you'll notice a difference within days in terms of clarity.

If you give into inertia and do absolutely nothing you will go downhill fast.

Treatment – ways to end brain fog
  1. Spend less time on computer and mobile phone – remind yourself to take a break.
  2. Positive thinking, reduce stress.
  3. Change your diet.
  4. Get enough sleep – 7-8 hours a day, go to bed at 10pm or no later than midnight.
  5. Regular exercise.
  6. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and drinking coffee in the afternoon

Sounds like the woman in the link just needs to keep a to do list,  i keep lists in my ColorNote app, seems unnecessary trying to remember lots of little things

You call these superfoods? Try eating red meat and eggs. They're the real superfoods.

Laughably uninformed nonsense. Meat actually degrades the liver.

Got some REAL studies to show that?

Sad if you actually believe that.

Hunans lived and thrived for centuries largely eating only meat with none of the metabolic disease that is so common today.

Meat is the best thing for your liver and your general health, and so much better than the Frankenfood products you previously mentioned like kale powder.

Countless studies.

Red meat: Beef and pork are high in saturated fat. Highly processed meats, in general, should also be limited, as they are high in both sodium and saturated fat.

Barbecue is a very delicious dish and is loved by many people. However, this is a liver-damaging food, and the nutritional quality of this food is not high.

In the process of cooking grilled meat, through directing water on the fire, the meat is very susceptible to changes in ingredients, producing substances that are not good for the liver, even the risk of cancer. In addition, meat often contains a lot of fat plus spices, additives and a large amount of salt, which increases the metabolic burden on the liver and kidneys.

Although this is a delicious dish, it can cause many harms to the body if you eat a lot.

Red meat contains a lot of protein, which is an essential food in the diet to help the overall development of the body. However, there are many studies that show that reducing the amount of red meat in the diet helps to make the liver healthier. Therefore, to have a healthy liver, you should limit your intake of red meat, especially when you have been diagnosed with liver diseases.
