There is just something about Thonglor, isn't there?

The station there has a reputation.

Initial charges against him include possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition, carrying a weapon in a public area without permission, and discharging a firearm in a town or community without just cause.

So at least, he was Off Duty...

A little emoji etc would help to indicate that it was meant to be sarcastic as you make so many derogatory comments it is sometimes difficult to differentiate them!

As a gesture of apology, Phansa ordered all officers, including himself, to perform 10 sit-ups. Following the exercise, the officers shared a meal to demonstrate their unity and camaraderie.

a stupid and childish response, and totally expected from the RTP

maybe the RTP hopes that with their childish behavior the newly amended Child Discipline Law might apply to them?

I am surprised, because officers working out of the Thonglor police station have a reputation for integrity and proper behavior.  They live to protect and serve the citizens of their district and are prime examples of all that is decent and good about the Thai police force.

That said, I am sure justice will be appropriately served in this matter and such an aberration will never happen again.
