Indian passengers turn Thai AirAsia plane into party zone - video
Sad to say , this reminds me of my Eva Air flight back to Thailand last year. Full of overweight mongers on their way to party in Pattaya. They just would not stay in their seats despite air hostesses asking nicely. I had a seat by the emegency exit for the legroom but the area in front of me turned into a meeting place. Never had this on Eva Air before but with BA no longer flying LHR to BKK the plane was completely full. Might try an alternative airline next trip or maybe I was just unlucky. -

Do you flaunt your wealth in Thailand?
You do not flaunt your wealth here but it is very important (chiefly for Thais) to signal their social status. The two can easily be confused as one implies the other but not necessarily. E.g. the choice of an E-class Mercedes Benz may appear to be a show of wealth but is more likely to be an indicator of status. The graduation picture and degree from a government university displayed in a prominent position is all about status. Status has a large bearing on how you are treated (again chiefly for Thais). Wealth with zero status may potentially attract the wrong sort of friends. -

MRT for foreign seniors?
No it doesn' t need to be a Thai card, I use a Chase card from the US. I've never seen any official documentation about this but Singapore uses that system so when I saw the wifi emblem on the Thai turnstile I gave it a go and it worked the same as in Singapore. And since Chase is very good about reversing fraudulent charges (as required by US law) so I'm not especially worried about the security aspects of this. -

Lazada - If it looks too good to be true ...
You are jumping the gun, the OP may or may not be a scam, you don't know. The problem with items such as a printer is that some vendors will advertise an item when they do not actually carry stock on the basis they can aquire it quickly, but that may not happen. A few years back I wanted a 22 inch TV to use as a monitor but it turned out there was a general shortage of a particular component and that size TV was in short supply. I had 5 orders cancelled by the system before I got what I wanted. That was in the days before vendors thought about asking customers to try and avoid cancellation. -

Completely covering house with PU Foam Metal Sheets?
it might, it depends on how much heat is being transmitted by the walls. If they get direct sun, the yes’s it will. Our house walls never get hot as we have double cavity AAC block walls, our windows let in most of the heat but use low-e double glazing and they mostly don’t get direct sun after 9:30. The house, without using AC is usually 10C lower that the daytime high -
