Resignation? Are you kidding? The guy convicted Trump on 34 felonies which was an expired misdemeanor 15 years ago. He destroyed so much. 

He will be banged up on Trumps 1st day and told to account for why he would do this crazy showtrial, other than yes his daughter was raising $$$ off of it, at least I hope he is.

Somehow this has made the world a safer place.

The convictions will be overturned, and his conduct will be brutalized, but there will be no resignation, and we will not hear a peep from the legacy media.

Yes he was,,,,BUT, it was a statute barred state misdemeanor (that the DOJ, FEC AND SDNY passed on prosecuting 6 years previous) that they slapped some costume jewelry on AND magically morphed into a federal felony prosecuted at the state level based on some yet to articulated federal crime that that was somehow concealed by the accounting/bookkeeping errors. Can anyone bring clarity to what crime exactly Trump was covering up when his accountants misclassified legal expenses and was then convicted by a jury that did not have to be unanimous in its verdict and did not have to specify what the crime was. This case is a legal train-wreck and will do more harm than good to the already lawfare corrupted NY judicial system, not to mention how many millions were spent on this hoax trial. A total waste and flop for the liberal losers who prosecute people and NOT crimes. There are no less than 12 reversible errors that the trial judge committed during the trial according to some legal observers including constitutional issues which all but ensures this case is overturned and at minimum will see judge merchan sanctioned. Actually, Trump should thank the liberal losers for prosecuting him which certainly improved Trumps likability and overall favorability in the polls providing Trump with such a remarkable election victory LANDSLIDE. The giddy liberals get their felon narrative, AND they get Trump as their 47th POTUS. Damn, did the feckless liberals follow form screw this up or what! LOL....laughable.
