PeterA Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I bet there is no guarantee. If you can afford to throw away money, get a real one with a guarantee from a real store so you can try it before you buy it. And, it you have questions, someone is there to help. 1

The Alldocube won't be better than that. maybe even 800 x 1200. They don't post the spec for that reason. All moot since the Author only wanted to spend 2k in the first place. What is important is that the specifications are correct, in so that it is possible to make an informed choice. He can find something between 2k & 3k, by looking at the Teclast and/or BMAX official stores via Lazada. BMAX MaxPad I9 Plus comes with a 1year Thailand Only warranty. 2999 baht. Teclast has an 8" for 2.4k They will all be 1280 x 800 at that price point. Though Alldocube has the iPlay50 with 4G and a 10.4" screen claiming 2000p x 1200p for 3.9k I agree that it's best to buy from the official outlets. 1 1

They have the 2100b versions you refer to, or you can toss in another 1200b and get a Samsung Galaxy plus you get it shipped from within Thailand, and if something goes wrong you get decent customer service. Expect shipped from China and a long wait from Shopee. 1

They show a photo of an Oppo, but checking the manufacturer it says NO NAME. The real Oppo made by Oppo are for 4-5 th Baht.
ChrisKC Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I bought two of these some time ago from Wish and the spec whether fake or not, neither worked and I threw them out. And Wish know they are rubbish. For one of them, delivery took so long that in the meantime, they refunded my money and said that if it ever arrived I could keep it. Which I did but it didn't work as I said. I don't want these things even if they are free. I don't buy anything from them anymore. 1
steven100 Posted January 10 Posted January 10 The brand I bought on Lazada was a BDF tablet .... it worked for 6 months but couldn't install LINE or other apps. I think it was about 2300 baht if I remember correctly. Just junk .... now I accidently deleted some firmware so I can't even use it.
jippytum Posted January 10 Posted January 10 if you look for official suppliers on Lazada or shopee you can buy official genuine products cheaper than most retailers. If you are not happy with the product you can return it at no charge collected from your location. 2

Did you or your family ever buy one? How was it for the tasks listed above? Just purchased some tablets for children. For what your requirements are a 4000 - 4500 tablet would work. Your thoughts are distorted. 1. What is any warranty and/or support will you receive 2. How many years of security updates provided by Manufacturer. 3. How will I monitor, detect, or protect my data from being collected at some unknown location. (Access banking or financial site) keyloggers, backdoors, unpatched security flaws. 4. What will I use to test the tablet hardware specifications meet what is advertised? 5. Why is this tablet 1/2 half the price of their competitors when their competitors have better purchase price leverage, power, and volume? 5. Do I have 2500 baht to risk. Did I watch YouTube videos on cheap Chinese tablets to understand what I would be purchasing? 6. Will I make a YouTube video or post on Aseannow about my experience to help others? Most tablets are sealed with adhesive, and challenging to remove without experience, proper tools. That would be another way to view what components are in the tablet if software app is erroneous. 1
Skeptic7 Posted January 10 Posted January 10 That's a FAKE, however... ...I bought this genuine budget tablet 6 months ago. A fine product with great specs and it performs spectacularly.
