Popular Post grain Posted Friday at 07:10 AM Popular Post Posted Friday at 07:10 AM You can do nothing but move elsewhere, this makes things complicated if you buy a place or sign up for a long lease. But if noisy Thai neighbours and their animals are making your life a misery, all you can do is move. 2 1
scubascuba3 Posted Friday at 07:14 AM Posted Friday at 07:14 AM Was it like that before you moved in? 1 1
Travi Posted Friday at 10:14 AM Author Posted Friday at 10:14 AM We built a House. In the beginning it was ok. Later start to have problems with Dogs about 16. Always inside never let them outside. After some time Nongprue intervented. And now looks like the problems start again.

scoutman360 Posted Friday at 04:49 PM Posted Friday at 04:49 PM Move. You have no other choice. Be more selective on your next location. Do a few drive-by at night before you sign anything. Walk the neighborhood a few nights. I lived in a condo complex 17 years, no problems. Then a group of Vietnam sex workers moved next door and they kept their door open and made noise all day and night. Jurasic didn't get rid of them. My new place is so quiet at night one could hear a pin drop. Problem solved. 1 1

Personally i would never buy another condo as my permanent residence. Too many noisy renters and poor juristic control. 4

Where I moved to was absolutely quiet, but after a week a house renovation began and then 2nd house,3rd and 4th. It is about 6 months now, noise, dust and workers trucks blocking the soy. amazing !!! I have no lease and I can move out at anytime, but at least very quiet evenings. 1 1

However, talking to you neighbor in a low, not agitating, aggressive voice and manner will help. Take the village's head man with you. 1
Popular Post Gsxrnz Posted Saturday at 02:27 AM Popular Post Posted Saturday at 02:27 AM Alpha males don't tolerate this sort of stuff. Fifteen seconds after the first disturbance commenced, you should have been in their face doing a Jack Nicholson impersonation - they would have moved. 1 1 2

Popular Post mikebell Posted Saturday at 04:00 AM Popular Post Posted Saturday at 04:00 AM My next door neighbours are Swedish and, in the past, were guilty of noisy drunken parties long into the night (complete with cackling bar girls.) I complained to the Thai owner of my house (a rich influencer locally.) As proof I sent him recordings made at 1am/2am/3am. The police raided it on the holiest night of the Buddhist calendar. They have been much more considerate since. 1 2

Thanks for you advice. 1) I've had the same kind of neighbor – and even with a monkey screaming all day for a female to mate with...🙉 – I got used to it and even missed the monkey-sound after it died...😉 2) To my knowledge, no useful rules. ("Always look on the bright side of life", and be happy that you are not neighbor to a late open karaoke bar...) 3) Often mentioned advice is to move. If you own your home, get a Thai to politely talk with the neighbor – or just have some patience as me in #1. 1

I understand the need for alcohol if cooped up on a dry site for weeks. My grouse was his refusal to consider those people with normal jobs and those with young children.

ikke1959 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I have neighbours too who can't talk normally.. A woman is screaming when is talks and her kid is doing the same.. Of course they follow the example.. We can take part in the conversation, so that is what I do I scream too and sometimes I answer with the bit of Thai I know in the garden so that they can hear me and that will solve the problem for a few days.... So when you are sick of it, just do the same

If you live next to them perhaps one of the various electronic barking control devices would solve the problem. Many are available online and worth a try to maintain sanity. 1 1 1
