Hello, I'm trying to get married to my Thai partner but it's taking a lot of time and I might have to go out of the country to refresh temporary stay.

I want to know if next time I go out of the country, I might get get denied entry.

I arrived on Thailand on October 14th 2024 I flight to Malaysia on January 5th and flight back to Thailand on January 9th. 90 days after January 9th I need to go out of Thailand again and I plan to do it in Laos by land. Do you think I can be denied entry in Thailand at the border because I have been in Thailand since almost 6 months already ?

Some people told me I can stay 6 months in Thailand on a calendar year so as I arrived in 2024 I'm ok I think, right ?

I'm quite stressed, thx for your help !

There is no "6 months" or "calendar year" anymore.  All those rules have been gone since July.  But you have been spending an excessive amount of time in Thailand and do run the risk of encountering issues.  You should not try leaving on your own, you should use a land border bounce agency that will ensure you can get out and back in without any issues.

OP, where are you located in Thailand. That determines your best border crossing to some extent.

Entering Thailand via land should not be an issue but expect to send couple of days in eg Nong Khai.

Also some nonsense such as proof of accommodation and even flight out of Thailand.

A minivan border run agents is your best option.
