Is there any good hotels near DMK?

Featured Replies

My budget is around 1000 THB. Just a clean, quiet room. No breakfast etc needed.

Reason; Cheap flights are often between midnight and 6 am.

Don't know the cost but me and the boss have stopped at the Amari two or three times because it's connected to DMK by a walkway and (at least when we stopped there) you can leave your car there for free the whole time you're away.

Best western is pretty good and reasonable price . Food is also very good there.

Probably outside your budget, but The Miricle Grand is nice, they have a free shuttle, and they'll let you park the car there free until you get back.

Looks like prices are down from my last stay near DMK.

NJOY, MIDA and 12 The Residency meet my price range.

That's OK for 6-8h stay within walking distance.

DMK is such a messy airport and BTS designer had brain fade... They should build a bridge.

Amari is best stay by far but over your budget.

The Place hotel is near your price (1200) and within walking, clean, quiet.

Walk across the bridge to Amari and out the back of the Amari…cross the small canal and immediately turn right then left and walk to The Place hotel. 12 minute walk.

Cheers

Stay at the Boutique Poo Yai hotel in Chatuchak, it's only a short drive to DMK, 15km and in your budget.

Arrive in the afternoon, stroll across to Chatuchak markets and Big C afterwards.

The hotel has a great selection of guitars on the second floor, the hotel character.

Thanks! This seems to be the best for me. 700 B, great price now!

I found out the other day that the BTS station is aligned with where the new terminal is going to be built

That's GREAT news! Thanks for telling.

When it's ready I may be staring at roots of grass on my grave but good for everybody else.
