Correct, it was never agreed, which exposes one Putin lie when he held up a  draft and said Ukraine had signed it. He was referring to the head negotiator's initialing the draft.

 

The big lie was Putin's requirement that all guarantors must give unanimous written consent before anyone aids Ukraine against another Russian invasion. Duh. That required Russia to agree to being attacked. Another Putin fib, i.e., that there was ever a legitimate agreement, and why the West recommended not signing, but Ukraine already knew.

I dont know what to say or how to start after seeing the meeting trump and zelinsky.

 

First of all i think trump has no idea what being a president of a country is. He was acting like arguing with his son.. he was so childish.. so meaningless.. at some point he forgot hes a president.. and the person who he is talking to also a president and his guest

 

Then he showed that he is definitley russian.

 

The way he was talking was full of anger and hate. He kept saying zelinsky is being disrespectful but while he was the one acting like a mad dog. 

 

Meeting was like zelensky against 2 hungry dogs. The guy sitting next to trump was just there to make things worse. 

 

Not surprised with the decisions of trump but was not expecting this much drama and acting. 

 

It was so sad to see him like that.. i think the winner of the meeting was zelinsky. He stayed so calm tried to defend him against 2 people keep attacking him.. meeting made the world support him more.

Zelensky was not there to negotiate, he was there to sign an agreement that had already be reached and he backpaddled and started grandstanding and lecturing Trump for the press. 

 

It was a signing ceremony, if there was supposed to be negotiations, there would not have been any press in the room.

Winner? He's likely lost all the support he would have got, and no matter what the Euros say, they are not going to be able to provide the support the US does, sooooo, he may he have won the argument but he just lost the war, IMO.

 

I suggest the only way back for Ukraine now is either Zelensky offers a grovelling apology, or he is replaced with someone that has a clue about how to deal with Trump.
