my Line app deleted access for the past 12 months chat messages (back and forward), between me and a friend. i did not select to back up into my Google storage. So i cannot restore from that source. the only unusual actions i took in the past week are: (i) i changed my google address in my profile from Thailand to Canada, as i was getting p/o'd with Google constantly opening a new search screen in Thai language and (ii) i set up a Line contact in my own name (to save 2 photos/docs I received from the same friend) . any advice  please? tia
