Thank you GG. I believe there is a difference too. I've always had a great admiration for the Jews I've known and worked with. But (ultra) nationalism is a very different kettle of fish, across all religions, political beliefs, ideologies. If you can't live alongside each other, there'll always be strife.

All the Israelis I've encountered in Asia (mostly Siam Reap) are single guys and girls that have just finished their national service and out looking for a good time. One I was chatting to, I mentioned all the guys were totally ripped, and the girls were a bit chubby, he said, "They weren't forced to run around with full packs like we were".

 

The guys all seemed very pleasant, sitting around the pool chatting, they even rolled and gave joints to me!

I searched for a reference for this but couldn't find one. In November 2024 PM Anwar was talking ofctabling a motion tobexpel Israel from the UN. And Malaysia has banned Israeli flag carrying shipping from its ports. But I couldn't find any reference to forbidding entry to Malaysia for Israelis.

 

A long time ago I used to get the cheap "Iron Curtain" airlines from LHR to BKK. The Russians didn't like Israelis at all, and made life extremely difficult at immigration. We were often held up for hours while they argued about it. They'd stamp a separate piece of paper, not the passport. I think a necessity for Israelis wishing to travel in the Middle East and maybe elsewhere.

No. It was there before a certain demographic took over. They used to live together on the same land, until it was surreptitiously bought up, piece by piece with the intention of leaving the Palestinians surrounded. Of course that led to civil war and they were ready for that. it's all part of their plan. It suits some to have their presence there and now the disgusting talk of removing the remaining Palestinians in so the USA can develop the land for themselves. I think all morals have abandoned certain peoples.

I am not Jewish, have no Jewish relatives, have never visited Israel and (sadly) have no Jewish friends.I also support Palestinian aspirations for their own state.But I can recognize an old fashioned Jew hater when I come across one - they always bang on about Zionism and never define what they mean by it.

That's hardly reliable evidence to back up the claim, which you didn't make in any case. It was @Jingthing. Malaysia will no doubt feel the wrath of the US who will block any move against Israel in the UN, although there have been many, which Israel simply ignores.
