I doubt the law was halted to allow corruption. Corruption is endemic in many countries.

Ok, but then require publicly traded US companies disclose these payments, including names of recipients and amounts, in their 10k filings and annual reports to shareholders.

Is bribing something the world should learn from the USA. Should we all say the USA is allowing it, then it must be good?

Absolutely. Make it mandatory on 10Ks. Let's see how good CEOs are at bribery, as that will be a new required skill set.

Think of how dead this forum would be if trump lost. All the news headlines would be about climate change and trans people and covid boosters. Only people left would be those that get sick satisfaction from their home countries being toast

Many, because there are so many potholes and obviously people die on roads with potholes?
