This reminds me of a Russian guy who, many years ago, was standing in front of the checkout with 6 bottles of beer on the belt, but it was 4pm and the cashier tried to convince him that it was not allowed until after 5pm. Whereupon the Russian took one bottle off the belt....hilarious
The Cars actually had two lead vocalists and it can be difficult to tell which is singing.
Ric Ocasek is generally promoted as lead vocalist but a surprising number of their better known songs were sung by Benjamin Orr.
(For example: I always thought Ocasek was vocalist on "It's All I Can Do".....nope.)
No, it wasn't and I wasn't talking about any one nation's tourists. It was UN staff who made a big part of it but there were tourists as well. It is documented.

What equipment are they missing.... ?????
... I don't consider 'effort' and taking responsibility for the job you are tasked with to be 'equipment'....
... in this case the Japanese Tourist was frustrated because the police didn't even bother to attempt to investigate - What equipment is necessary for the Police to go and secure copies of CCTV Footage ??? they didn't even need transport as the 'crime' occurred close to the police station...
