Guidance on 90 Day Reporting

These are the windows of opportunity to file 90-day reports

IN PERSON <- From 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week after the due date (giving a 3 week window to apply in person)

ONLINE <- From 2 weeks before the due date until 1 week before the due date (giving a 1 week window to apply online)

MAIL IN <-(if your office allows it) Letter must be postmarked 2 weeks before the due date 

Remember the FIRST 90 day report after returning from abroad has to be done in person too
