Basically, Zelensky cannot both go hat in hand to beg the USA for support and also be arrogant.

The black attire makes the little girly man look tougher. Trump should have punched him and kicked him out.

Utterly disgusting Putin lap-boy troll posting again. Zelensky's photo in a suit was taken in 2019 before the Russians invaded and continue to attack the whole of Ukraine. Like Churchill he is support

Why is Z meeting with Prince Charles? Charlie is not an expert on wars.

He's King Charles III, (since 2022). Like Zelensky, he's also a head of state. Unlike Zelensky, he served in the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy from 1971 to 1976. The King, mindful of his constitutional role, agreed to a meeting, at Zelensky's behest, just as he has issued an invitation to Trump, (both with the agreement, or request of the prime minister).

You have the front to use the word arrogant, now come on, all you've got is being a people watcher.

Are you also searching for his brand of underpants, lovey...........😘

As I recall, the initial weeks of the Russian invasion were marked by the deployment of Russian special forces teams to attempt to hunt down and assassinate Zelinsky. For that reason he took to dressing in "military sweatshirts" , much more inconspicuous and easier to move him about, and practical in a city (Kiev) under rocket bombardment.

That threat diminished because the Ukraine armed forces proved to be very effective at hunting down, capturing and killing these teams.

Subsequently he continued it as a "trademark look". Same sort of idea as wearing a red baseball cap at every opportunity!

Unfortunately the red cap wasn't a good enough as a bullseye, that unfortunately accounts for the near miss.

Obviously childish nonsense compounded by ignorance, prejudice and dishonesty.(I love the stupidity of believing Zelensky should sign a mining agreement without agreeing its contents) Nevertheless it would be a mistake to think these views are not supported by many in the MAGA crowd and more worryingly voiced by leading Republicans (Mike Johnson,Marco Rubio etc) - who obviously don't believe this rubbish but are too cowardly to speak up against Trump.I'm generally of a centre right persuasion and a huge admirer of the United States, but this bullying has to be called out.

Probably caused by talking out of it too much as usual.

Charlie never served in a war zone and he's not my King.

Yes Z was very childish like his fanboys on here. The guy is a grub. More of a celebrity than a problem solver.

He didn't come to ask for money he was invited to discuss the "peace agreement" that wasnt. You obviously didn't watch the whole fiasco and have very little understand about negotiating on an international level or of what the 'supposed open ended agreement wasn't.

Would you buy a house and sign a purchase agreement without knowing the price of the house, the interest rate,  payment terms,  length of loan or the address of the house in the documents?

Shocked to discover a world leader owns an item of clothing freely available for purchase in any decent sized town?  Make America Gullible again!

I know enough about international negotiations that you do NOT ever negotiate in front of the press. An agreement he could have signed in Munich more than a week ago.

Grandstanding in front of the press while trying to get money from your donor is foolish.

Zelensky is not the man in charge.  He wants something from the US. Fine. Act like it. Say, "we have an agreement, thank you for your generosity, we will have a strong partnership going forward, what's for lunch?".  He is far too cocky for someone in his desperate position.

– Misappropriate (steal) money from a charity for his own personal and business use. So he was ordered to pay back $2.1 million.

– Drive/oversee casinos and hotels into bankruptcy.

– Open the Trump University which was a scam, so he had to pay the poor goobers their money back.

– Pay a hooker for her services and try to conceal that money in bone fide business expenses, but he was found out.

– Isn't a convicted felon.

– Boast about grabbing women by the pu$$y

And many other grifts and scams, but I'm sure you know about those!

And if you think that bullying tactics and finger-pointing along with the orange  coloured lump of lard raising his voice, has won him any friends apart from his MAGA goobers, then you are sadly mistaken.

The world looked on in absolute amazement at the ignorance of the leaders of the US.

Wow, it's been a long time since I saw "b-b-but Trump!" here.  Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

You apparently don't know what went on and don't know what your commenting on.

Trump made trip arrangements and the press conference schedule before the discussion on the agreement and was making statements to corner Z and make it look like he already agreed to something that wasn't discussed yet so he would sign an open " agreement".  Correcting a liar is appropriate so next time maybe trump and vance will know not to lie in front of the cameras to someone that will correct them like Marron has and also most every EU representing has stated. Do a little more research.

...so to you, the appropriate response by Zelensky was to fight with his host in front of the media, in his host's office? In what universe would that have any positive effect?  Might be good for the feels, and make him look like a tough guy in front of his Euro friends, but would be a disaster for his country.

Good to see at least that Zelensky has made his priorities so apparent.

You, our resident Trump protector, missed out that the President of the USA looked and acted like a clown, no class, nothing, for the World to see.

But, you stick to what floats your boat, in this put-down case, a guy's chosen attire.

I bet you say nothing about Arabs and their attire at meetings, or even that Trump wears make-up to look orange, covering his ageing mug, wearing an oversized ball-cap to stop his fluff blowing away, eh......😬..........🤭
