  Would you buy a house and sign a purchase agreement without knowing the price of the house, the interest rate,  payment terms,  length of loan or the address of the house in the documents?

I know enough about international negotiations that you do NOT ever negotiate in front of the press. An agreement he could have signed in Munich more than a week ago.

Zelensky is not the man in charge.  He wants something from the US. Fine. Act like it. Say, "we have an agreement, thank you for your generosity, we will have a strong partnership going forward, what's for lunch?".  He is far too cocky for someone in his desperate position.
