CCTV Footage Shows Car Turning Without Checking, Collides with Motorcycle, Rider Injured

A traffic collision occurred in Nakhon Nayok province at 08:35, on March 3. The incident took place at Moo 9, Hin Tang subdistrict, Mueang district, approximately 100 meters past the local administrative office of Hin Tang, along the road leading to the Khun Dan Prakarn Chon Dam.

 

CCTV footage captured the moment a black Honda car, which had been parked by the roadside, suddenly turned right to make a U-turn without checking for oncoming traffic. At the same time, a grey motorcycle, which was travelling straight along the road, collided directly with the car’s driver-side door.

 

The impact caused damage to both vehicles. The male motorcycle rider, estimated to be around 40 years old, sustained serious injuries and was quickly rushed to Nakhon Nayok Hospital by emergency responders from the Ruam Katanyu Foundation.

 

The driver of the car, a man, remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities. Police have begun an investigation, taking photographic evidence from the scene and inviting the car driver to the Mueang Nakhon Nayok Police Station for further questioning and legal proceedings.
