What does it take to run a diner?

I found the diner I went to yesterday a bit expensive but then again I heard their breakfasts are 99 baht ...how would they make a profit on that ?

Can anyone tell me ?

First of all have a look into your wallet.

Can you afford to throw away some millions and it would not bother you? Just in the worst case.

Then think about to own 49% of your business. Think of the crackdowns in fake companies.

Then think about ROI. How much profit you have to create in order to cover expenses.

Then what about your skills in hosting? Serving???🤗

Well, I could add a lot more, but I'm convinced you're looking for another business now.

What about writing a book?
