Which area/city?

They are located in Si Maha Phot (Prachinburi)- right next to 304 Industrial Park

Buy one get one, should work.

Wonder how many empty shop houses there are in Thailand.

It would have been better to work out how to sell them and if there

was a demand for shop houses in that area ,   before you built them

them, just put up For Sale signs up in Thai English and Chinese ,

estate agents are usually useless , good luck

I had an agreement with an agent linked to the builder which didn’t work out which was always going to be a possibility. I had done my homework as much as possible and we know the location very well as we had shops there before which we knocked down to make way for new ones to sell. Shops previously were fully rented for last 15 years due to its location next to the industrial park and local restaurants and niteclub which my wife also owns. So it’s been a good business area for us for a long period of time.

I know about the empty, mundane shophouses here. These are a modern design and in a good business location . We had shops there for 15 years that were fully rented plus my wife owns a well known niteclub next to them which does very well and everyone in district and neighbouring districts knows this place. Many businesses have setup beside us also due to this

anyhow thanks for your input
