Trump has been very busy recently , getting four years worth of work done in a month , sorting out the mess Joe left behind .

  Venezuelan criminals' in the USA , Anti-Semites on USA Campuses , Government corruption within the USA , American Hostages in Gaza .

     The Ukraine/Russia war can wait until other more important issue have been addressed

When a person has such a huge ego as Trump has, his thinking is, with my power I can do anything, not realizing that ending a war takes time, that the other sides are not you or your thinking, and that they have to be convinced it's in their best interest to end it sooner. There are quite a few things involved in a war and money is a huge factor. Putin wanting the Ukraine back as it was has the Ukraines saying no, with a lot of backing and weapons, and people who want emancipation also. Many people oppose both sides so they have to consider how to appease everyone, or at least everyone who's voice means anything to them. The only way to end a war that fast is an atomic bomb, and it took two to stop Japan from fighting.

I'm thinking with his ego he thought he could walk on water, let alone stop just a silly war.

He has alienated so many folks round the world it will be downhill all the way until he is replaced, his successor will have a difficult time repairing the damage he has caused .for the rednecks back home he can do no wrong it seems.
