AI needs improvement

KI can be useful. But one of its weakness' is common sense - at now.

My internet provider stopped me contacting the Internet. Reason: suddenly too many people trying to give me an answer, when I was browsing in the I-Net. My reason for this:  I tried to get more information about this browser!!! Result; a lot of trouble for me. If no KI, I would have got an answer for my searching. But KI assessed me wrongly as trouble maker.
