Looks like he is wearing shorts to me and this is just another attention grabbing headline that has succeeded in getting everyone ecstatic about a naked clog.

You're right, everyone got so excited about the news of a middle aged Dutchman running around with his schlong out

Actually Singapore does have a drug problem with young users, even though they have a zero tolerance. People who want to use drugs will.

I disagree ...  Singapore does not have a drug problem because their laws are very strict on drug use.

stop making up stories to appease drug use.

I don't make up anything.  Drugs are available in every country, no matter how strict the policies, because people  like to get high.  You can look things up as it's rather easy...........https://www.cnb.gov.sg/newsandevents/drug-situation-reports/drug-report

Why do you keep saying stupid <deleted> like this?

Because my friend's daughter smoked some grass laced with God knows what and it triggered psychosis.

She had to seek treatment.

My predjudice is justified.

Was this back in 1945?

Explain to me again how in a place where cannabis is legal, plentiful, and affordable what the incentive is for lacing it with a more expensive drug?

Once, I was happy and had a good wife
I had enough money to last me for life
I met with the gal and we went on a spree
She started me smokin' and drinkin' whusky
Cigareetes and whusky and wild, wild women
They'll drive you crazy, they'll drive you insane
