14 Provinces Affected by Earthquake, Relief Efforts Underway
You really need to get a grip on perspective. I can remember being down walking street when there were no toilets open because of the water shortage. Up until a few years ago we never saw any rain between Nov and May, but you claim "Thailand " cannot cope with the floods. Been more rain this year than ever, coming to the end of the dry season and instead of buying water all our tanks are full. Unfortunately some provinces lack your foresight and the resources to deal with a continually changing weather pattern. Reality is, it is 14 years since any major problems on a national level due to flooding and I hope it is something you never actually have to experience. -

Who's still thinking of buying a high rise condo after the earthquake?
I just read a post on FB about a guy who had some damage to his rented condo, wanting to know where he stands, the landlord a Thai is not interested, I dont think the tenant wants to live there, now obviously the apartment is not in a condition he wants to live in, I think there will be a lot of that going on, -

No thanks It cost me 2000 B each way from BKK to Lopburi where I was assaulted and abused The police HQ in Lopburi is a massive building only to get a sarcastic desk clerk taking a report and typing in the Thai language laughing to her colleagues sarcastically when she asked for a description of the offender -
