So what if she wasn't notified? Does it matter if they come wash the windows and  you don't know about it? They said "At the time, she had claimed she had not seen the notice posted in the elevator as she was confined to her apartment" Does that mean she couldn't leave her room because of the window washing? Doesn't make senes to me.

Just a dangerous head case. Should not be on the loose in public.

Unfortunately most things that Thais do don't make sense, that's why I like em

I also a programmer and I understand trying to concentrate with the constant distractions and noise in Thailand. She was probably just annoyed in general and some window guy showed up and started <deleted> around outside making noise and shouting etc... probably this was coming on for a long time.

How on earth is this not considered murder? I react very badly when there are ropes in front of my windows and sometimes I even try to kill the person at the end of the rope. It is especially convenient knowing that I won't be charged with murder.

The attempted murder charge should have stood. At the very least it was attempted manslaughter.

What the heck is "attempted manslaughter"? Is that a charge for attempting to accidentally kill someone?

Although the exact definition varies by jurisdiction, in general manslaughter doesn't mean killing somebody by accident, it means killing someone without having planned it beforehand.

Which would seem to be the case here.

P.O.S.

Should be in jail for 10 years for that.

It was attempted murder.

I would be happy if my condo actually did any maintenance.

The management could be working on the premise that there wont be a condo after the next earthquake.😀
