Yes that how you think it works.

A bunch of far overpaid bureaucrates under unelected elites.

So if @bannork's explanation of the process is incorrect, can you please explain how elections to the various EU institutions do actually work. Thanks.

IMO most of the world thinks of Europe as an extension of north Africa just a bit colder. Some would say it is a shame to see historic and mighty cultures collapse, but in the end Europeans voted to hari kari their civilizations so who are we to judge.

Don't think Trump "hates" europe but for sure he doesn't like pedos and anti democracy judiciaries so thats France out. Germany mocked Trump when he pointed out they underfund NATO then they ran crying for help when the Ukraine skirmish kicked off. UK looks like some communist hllhole after sir Kier banned free speech and made 2 tier justice discriminating against white working folk - of course not gonna please the Donald. Sweden - no go zones and grenade attacks.spain - where to even start?

So, is it really all Trumps fault?

Ah, you're joking again. At the first moment I thought you're serious. But then I realized your humor.

Made me laugh a lot.

Thank you 🤗😜

Europe is the traditional enemy of the UK.

They currently facilitate the movement of non EU people through their countries to the UK border.

They are not our allies, they never have been.

In the same way Mexico and Canada facilitate the movement of foreigners through their countries to the border of the USA, in effect enabling the invasion of foreigners into the USA.

Oh God, what did you do with this man? Please give some enlightenment to the next generation, please.

I believe you're living in the past BritManToo. In 2023 approx 60.77 million visits were made by UK residents to the EU.

And now with the US government's hostility to Europe and cosiness with Putin, the UK is inevitably closer to mainland Europe.

The UK has never had a war with Russia, they were our allies against most of Europe.

Enemy?

Without the Germans no King or Queen. You should lick their boots that they saved your "stiff upper lip".

You got the worse food in Europe but therefore you overrun Europe every year for holidays.

Did you ever heard about Brits sent back because of nationality?😳

In the EU we are more than happy that we got rid off the permanent complainers from the Island, feel sad for the Scots only.

Disagree with you. I like the Brits, and am saddened to see them shoot themselves in the foot.
