We'll see.

However, Trump is responsible. And the court will rule it out (that's what I meant)

Understand, it looks like the WH is doubling down on this, its going to be very difficult to walk this one back if they have to!

I still rely on justice, even it will take months or longer.

"VAST majority"? That's a bold statement, but please go build a statue in his memory.

This is about due process and rule of law no more no less this is NOT the way things are done in a democracy.

He's an illegal immigrant, now deported back to his home country, he is exactly where he should be, God bless him.

There also is no DUE process in evicting illegal immigrants. They are not put before any judge to stop their removal. So you are only spouting Dem B.S.

From his past record. He is not someone I would want living next to me and my family. The fact that a court Judge wants him returned when there is so much proof he should be in prison. Is beyond me.. Facts coming out about the man now that perhaps this judge was not aware of was maybe the reason. But still, the man was an illegal alien. Entered the US illegally. The federal government and immigration have the right to deport him whether he was a gang member or not. No judge should have decided against this rule of immigration law.

You don't follow the news. The Supreme Court has ruled that all these deportations must be precede by a hearing where the government gives its evidence and the potential deportee can respond. While these deprtations might not be a vio;ation of the Leahy Law, the whole idea of deporting people for imprisonment without trial or sentencing in a foreign country, and the US government paying for the service, seems ripe for endless lawsuits against both El Salvador and the US.
