I am looking at a property that will need to be walled in - 1.5M high and no unusual landscape. Straight shot - - what is the current average priced per meter? 

I had a 180m fence done a few years back and it was 1,500 / m  baht then ....   so it could be around 1,700 per meter. 

 

And if I remember correct,  the blockwork was around 1.3 high and  300mm of shera board & steel fixing bars above that.

Boundary wall construction is expensive ...  especially if you have 200+ meters to build. 

I would think somewhere between 2,000 - 2,500 / mtr   would get a fence built. 

If a large block of land,  I would consider this method for the sides & the back fence / wall ..  and the better looking block wall that faces the road.

I would expect if you look around and try to get 3 quotes,  somewhere between 2000 - 2500 / mtr  may be achievable.
