Hopefully he did the vomiting inside his car.

In a bizarre turn of events early this morning, a Chinese tourist, Wang Yunbin, created a scene of vehicular chaos on Pattaya's Third Road. The 32-year-old, visibly intoxicated, lost control of his black pickup truck, smashing it into parked motorbikes and a car before vomiting and passing out behind the wheel.

The incident occurred around 4:30 am on April 17th, with Pattaya Police responding to frantic reports of the multi-vehicle collision in Soi Chalermprakiat 21. Upon arrival, officers discovered the engine of the wrecked pickup still running and Wang slumped inside, struggling to stay awake.

Two motorbikes were toppled over on the road next to a blue car that sustained rear damage. Despite the scene of destruction, the vehicle owners were not immediately present. Bystanders reported Wang's failed attempt to escape, which led to further collision with the already-damaged car, leaving his own truck worse for wear.

In a shocking display, Wang exited his vehicle, vomited on the spot, and subsequently tried to continue driving. His futile efforts to sober up by forcibly vomiting again through the window added a surreal twist to the drama.

The police managed to rouse Wang from his stupor, noting his disoriented attempts to contact someone. Taken to the station for a breathalyser test, Wang now faces legal repercussions for his actions. Authorities are also on the lookout for the owners of the damaged vehicles to include them in the ongoing investigation, reported The Thaiger.

What, check EVERY driver out after 4 am closing time?

Patient for the damage. Pay a large fine and lock him up for at least a month, then deport him and blacklist him for 10 years. They need to be tougher on drinking and driving laws here and should really put more patrol cops on the streets instead of a dozen under a tent road stop.

Tea money from stupid ridocolus farangs who not wear helmets, drive against the rules, not have valid driving licenses, rampage drunken in the roads, vaping in the roads, ...?

This TEA MONEY which THEY pay in the policestation are registered FINES and NOT TEA MONEY.
For some people, specialy some farangs, they should triple the fines or use the fines from their home countries or take it easy 1. day in the monkey house and next day bring them to court.

Than they maybe learn the lesson to play by the rules. If they are not to arrogant and stupid. 😉

It's well known in many cases 500 baht is offered and accepted as tea money in Pattaya, a recent case in the news. It's also noticeable the lack of police about

Perhaps there should be some kind of qualification process to get an entry permit into Pattaya, perhaps people need to start proving that they're decent human beings, that they don't have a criminal record, and that they are not going to cause mischief and mayhem once they arrive.

Decent human beings avoid Pattaya.

Common sense would dictate that at these police roadblocks, there would be a bit of an obstacle course, perhaps driving around some cones on the road, and if you don't hit any, off you go!

Hit one, and blow into a machine.  Methinks a LOT faster than stopping everybody and questioning them, which wastes time!

Unfortunately, common sense is sadly lacking here

Do you think Thais that are sober can drive round cones.

There would be a traffic jam 5k long.

What a laugh. :cheesy:
