I have a question regarding the TM30 form.

 

If the owner is Thai and lives with the foreigner at the same address, but is officially registered at a different address (as is common in Thailand), which address should be entered as the owner’s residence?

FWIW: My Thai partner just yesterday did new contract and TM30 for one of her tenants.

Me: What address did you put for yourself.

Her: I put address of where is my name in blue book.

 

That is not where she lives. So for all her rentals she puts the address of the one that has her name in Blue Book.

I'm slightly different as I've registered an account in the (Thai) owner's name/ID and use it to do my notification, and as far as I can tell there is nowhere on the registration or submission which requires her home (blue book) address.  I don't even know it.

For you or he to file the TM30, a copy of his Blue book (different address), Thai ID card and a copy of the Chanote for the residence you live at.

The Chanote proves he owns that residence.
