Trump is blowing the trumpet on the arrest of "SUSPECTED TERRORIST".Is Garcia and the others grabbed of the street in this count.Trump does not want due process because this may upset his ego with what a great job his ICE have done. Yes credit is due where ICE have picked up genuine terrorists but these are the same officers that served under the last administration. I am sure the bosses of ICE did not instruct them to not arrest terrorists!

Are these numbers like Trumps latest claim on reducing egg prices a drop of 95-97%.

If eggs are $10 this means they are now available at 30-50 cents. More BS from the walking BS machine.

due process means 5 years later a verdict is reached.

Justice needs to be faster, and they need to do whatever it takes to get that verdict time down to 7-14 days.

Western civilisation cant afford the public costs of a 5 year process any longer.

I'm pretty sure they did just that.  "Don't arrest the future Blue voters" means "Don't arrest the terrorists among them".

And the saddest thing is that the US Gub'ment (ie taxpayers) are funding both sides of the due process.  Whether that's paying for the public defenders directly or sending money to NGOs who use it to stretch out the cases for 5 years.

Watch the videos of illegals crossing over the border and think to yourself, "Each one is another $10-100K that we'll have to spend on due process"...

Thank goodness that's stopped.  Now, we'll just have to spend $$ hundreds of billions (and years) to clean up the mess.

Trump Administration’s Immigration Crackdown Hits New Legal Roadblocks
Three federal judges sharply question the legality of Trump’s tactics

https://www.wsj.com/us-news/law/trump-administrations-immigration-crackdown-hits-new-legal-roadblocks-5110418e   text from MSN:

A trio of federal judges excoriated the Trump administration Tuesday over its immigration crackdown and threw up new legal roadblocks to the White House’s no-holds-barred approach.

A Maryland judge overseeing the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man mistakenly deported to El Salvador, accused the administration of bad faith, falsehoods and willfully misreading a Supreme Court ruling in trying to avoid providing additional information under oath about its actions. Judges in Colorado and New York sharply questioned the legality of the administration’s use of wartime measures to speed deportations of alleged gang members and criticized the lack of legal protections for individuals who have been detained and are slated for removal.

At issue in the New York and Colorado cases is the administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to deport alleged members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, bypassing normal immigration procedures. Trump in mid-March signed a proclamation declaring the gang equivalent to a hostile foreign government in wartime and ordering government agencies to immediately remove its alleged members. Hours after the proclamation was made public, immigration officials launched planes moving more than 200 migrants, most of them Venezuelans, to a notorious prison in El Salvador.

 (Concerned US Citizens): "I'm protesting against genocide in all of its forms wherever it happens."
 (Trump Administration): "TERRORIST!  Get ready to send this one to a El Salvador SuperMax."
 (Concerned US Citizens): "I'm a US Citizen."
 (Trump Administration): "Who is now a TERRORIST! Habeas Corpus and Constitutional protections no longer apply."

Nobody is condemning Trump for the arrest and deportation of such persons. The criticism begins when they send letters to US born citizen who was in fact also a magistrate or judge telling them they are illegal citizens and get out of the country or else. Five plus agents going to a citizens home in civilian clothing displaying no identification and when her lawyer arrives and questions their actions they tell him they are there to do a welfare check.

This is the concern and these are not isolated cases.

Not read that one about a US born judge or magistrate?

There is one about a US born immigration lawyer who received one in error, it should have been for her client.

Given that the Trump administration is now classifying Venezuelan drug dealers as terrorists, this increase should come as no suprise. That it's a misuse of the word should come as no surprise, either.

I hope the Dems chew on this OP a lot. Their fight with deporting the illegals is completely unfounded. Trumps policy for getting the illegals out is working. It has also impacted the amount of illegals trying to enter still.

How can Americans feel safe knowing the guy next door could be a terrorist or killer or foreign gang member?

The courts need to stop taking cases if proof is shown the person has entered the country illegally.

for the umpteenth time, read the Constitution... I assume you have heard of that document. No dem wants terrorists in the US, to think otherwise is patently stupid. For anyone accused/taken in by gov what is Constitutionally required is due process, aka "your day in court". We are fighting illegality done by the government, not the criminals.

"No person shall be .... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law" (5th Amendment). What parts of that are you unwilling to allow into your consciousness?

"How can Americans feel safe knowing the guy next door could be a terrorist or killer or foreign gang member?" Stupid once more: YOU could be a foreign gang member. YOU could be a terrorist. If I am an officer in ICE and decide you are one or the other, without any court hearing, without any charges, you'd be happy with me bundling your ass off to some Salvadoran prison with zero rights to attorney, hearing, contact with family, etc... a black hole.

We have courts and procedures to decide these things. You would applaud Gestapo for rounding up, imprisoning Jews without trial or charges. It is the same thing, the same lack of rule of law.

Cut the crap about dems wanting terrorists etc. It is BS and you know it. If you don't, seek deprogramming

You dont consider rich, multinational drug dealers that pump dope into the arms of kids, terrorists?

Guess that goes with the belief that a man can become a woman by slicing off his balls.

Your knowledge of the legal issues involved is simplistic.

Maybe to you terrorist means "foreign really bad person." But not to me. And I can't find that definition in any directory.

And what exactly does transgenderism have to do with this?
