  • If you want to expand the storage of an Android box, you use a Micro SD card(if your box has one). The box should format it.

....you need to format it within the Android GUI, as either Internal or Removable Storage. Forget about the PC for now. Follow the video guide.

Which Android box is this? Have you tried the port where the Bluetooth remote control resides? Use the normal remote control during the test.

bought a 128 GB Micro SD  card

shows on box and works perfectly 

Did you format it  or just use it as bought ?

่Just put it straight in as bought

 

Rebooted box and it showed up + have APKs  on it that work fine
