Do you think the world is over populated?

Featured Replies

I read somewhere, Google it, the entire world's population could hypothetically fit within the area of the state of Texas. Specifically, if each person were to occupy approximately 1,217 square feet or 113 square meters.   Actually about the living area of our present house, and that's not even considering it you stacked them up ... condos.

So no, the world is not over populated.

  • If we eliminated the USA, China, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh I think the world would be a better place and far less polluted.

You forgot israel

Some places is overpopulated, and especially those who live in cities and urban districts, who have totally lost the reality how we conquered nature. At least for now.

The more ignorance, the worse it will be

The way the elites deal with the meat issue is an indication to me that the world is over-populated.

Meat appears to be necessary for maintaining human health.

Yet the elites have been brainwashing us that we need to eat less meat.

So veganism and eating bugs and unhealthy disgusting lab meats have been put forth.

It appears that it is currently unsustainable to feed the world's population with meat.

If we are overpopulated, Mars will be next in a few.

Earth is WILDLY overpopulated by humans…

1 or 2 billion of us would be just fine.

Life is precious… but it’s not only about human lives.

Homo Sapiens is such an invasive species!

We have gotten ourselves out of Nature. We behave like the reckless entitled Earth’s owners.

We’re already 8 billion people.

We’ve contaminated, endangered or destroyed most habitats. Humans cause “habitats losses” & contamination which are primary causes of flora and wildlife extinction. We are so invasive & reckless…

But Capitalism needs overpopulation… cheap and qualified labour to keep going … and sustain the system and its economics. The low birth rate is scary for the US, Russia, China and even the EU which need ever more immigration to prop up the Welfare State. Feeding the ugly beast (capitalism and its elite beneficiaries) is more important than Earth sustainability.

Is Earth 🌎 only meant to belong to humans and their pets?

Earth should be shared with all the living world in a sustainable way.

Let’s not forget that (we all of us know it)… Earth 🌍 would do just fine without Homo Sapiens,

I had wondered if this is why Covid was initially developed & released (accidentally?)

I have never seen an illness that did not attack children but targeted older folks with problems exasperating those problems.

I wondered & asked AI this is what they said

You’re right in noticing that the virus had a unique pattern: while children generally experienced mild or asymptomatic cases, older adults, especially those with pre-existing conditions, were at a much higher risk of severe illness. Some researchers have suggested that this might be because of age-related changes in immune function, known as immunosenescence, which makes the immune system less effective at fighting off infections.

I tend to wonder if it was a test of culling the herds? Terrible thought I know but still I wondered back when it was attacking

We need to get to mars  and use that as a spring board to got to other solar systems..even if we don't blow up earth ourself  eventually the sun will engulf the planet...we do have a lot of time before that so..don't panic too much.
