he's dead of an overdose

Yes it does seem that his use of Fentanyl played a large part in his death.

  • He is s victim.  He should be released.

  • Why is he being called as "George Floyd’s victim"? I thought George Floyd himself the victim of Police Officer Derek Chauvin's actions?

Yes, it DOES seem like something this presidency would do - it is exactly the kind of pro-white lunacy we should be ready for. Let's hope saner heads prevail.

there is discussion about taking down his statue. he's dead of an overdose and is resting exactly where he belongs based on his actions and, well, mpls is a better place for it.

Did you not read the court ruling and the medical reports?

He did NOT die of an overdose. An overdose of knee pressure on his neck for nine and a half minutes, yes.

Police in US is the profession with most alcoholic and domestic violence. What more to expect after a police training for 6-12 weeks.

That might be 100% true in your country but far  from the truth in my country.

Miners, quarrying and oil riggers for the substance abuse/( alcoholics).

Violence & Domestic abuse

(which profession has the most domestic abuse).

Is highly debatable!

Nice Try!

The number of racists within the MAGA crowd is sickening.

Yep. And not one of them with the courage to admit it. It is pathetic. And when you call them out they have fake outrage and go on the attack. As I said, one poster admitted he was racist in another thread and I weirdly respect him for that - it is a point of view and he's not afraid to say it. But all this hiding behind faux outrage is very very cowardly.

Let them fester in their own thread, it is sickening that it is allowed here, calling the police murderer a victim!

We all know if this was a black cop and a white murder victim they would not be blaming the victim and calling the cop a victim. They know it too, but are too cowardly to say so.

No point in continuing here as there is no reason or logic to anything they say.

Goodnight.

No he never. He took the knee to show support for a society that might endeavour not to be racist.

He took the knee because it was fashionable at the time.Years later he will realize what a massive bell-end he made of himself.

And yet what you perceive as a problem, is entirely of your own making; because when you falsely accuse someone of being a ‘blind racist’ you devalue the term racist; it becomes meaningless when you throw it around like confetti and use it fraudulently as you have on this very topic.

And you still have not summoned the good grace to apologise for that entirely false accusation, yet are prepared to call others cowardly.

You are the one that brought colour to this thread and then go on to suggest that the posters on this thread are too stupid to have a view on an incident without it being related to skin colour and that our beliefs must be based on our supposed colour prejudice.

You do it in an insulting way and when anyone points out your childish behavior, you resort to name calling and making false claims about their beliefs.

Grow up.

Not according to the autopsies.

Totally irrelevant.....even if true.

You are happy to live in a society where random police murder people who they think are criminals?.....or is it just the black criminals?

No random police officers killed Floyd, no specific police officers, either.

Due to having a knee pressed on his neck for nine and a half minutes until he was dead. Did you forget that bit?

Didn't happen that way - you seem to have forgotten that!

Yes, he was, but does that justify murder?

Should the dregs in this thread be murdered because - you know - they're not nice people? Of course not.

Yeah, he shouldn't have lain there for nine and a half minutes with his neck under that nice policeman's knee. Got it. Even for you Lou you are sounding ridiculous.

Derek Chauvin was convicted of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter by a court of law.

I asked a different member if the following photo was racist and why.  He has failed to reply so I’ll give you the opportunity to comment your opinion.

Not playing your childish games.

It is a childish meme. I have no opinion on it.

There is a video of it.

And why not talk to the jury to tell them their convictions were all wrong. Lou knows better!

There was also an (two?) autopsy.  You think that juries have never been wrong...or biased?

By a jury, in actual fact, but so what?

He died... as a result of drug use and abuse and heart problems according to the autopsy, many would argue that he was not murdered.

If he didn't haven't his neck knelt on for nine and a half minutes whilst already handcuffed and subdued, if Chauvin didn't prevent medical assistance from being rendered, if he had just collapsed and died whilst sat in the back of a police car I might agree.

At least you responded.  I’ll assume no opinion means not racist.

Do you suffer from “white guilt”?

Stop baiting.

I don't suffer from guilt for anything I've done. Now run along.

And no opinion means "no opinion", I assume that's his mum in which case I would say it is nasty and insensitive and you're implying she is uneducated. It is definitely unpleasant and I would have a very low opinion of anyone who thought it was funny.

But I am not Googling to find out who it is, hence no opinion.
