    If using the phone app just disable notifications, it's that simple, I get 0 notifications

I have hundreds in my message section a lot of them are unreadable because they have to be read in the APP which I do not want . I have asked Lazada (via feed back)  to give a delete all option or at least a way to mark several for deletion at a time - not surprising no response. I am not going to waste my time deleting them individually so I just leave them there.

I have turned OFF all ticks in my account for notifications, have chatted many times with  ''Customer' service (555).

Are any of you other customers getting this, or how did you prevent the messages from coming Thanks

 

 

I turned it off , driver usually calls when making the delivery anyway

I was talking about Notifications for promotions sent by almost every vendor I have ever bought from over the years.

But my question is HOW do I turn it off. Been on Notifications page and all is turned OFF, but still getting them.

No, the ones I am talking about are promotional messages from Vendors on Lazada, so doubt whether AIS or Scams.

Talked with Lazada Customer Service (555) about it, and have been waiting two weeks for an answer.

Not for me. I am free of messages. Do you have email sms or in-app messages?

2 months ago Lazada notifications for "super sale" were still getting through with all promotion push and email notifications turned off. The Lazada app has now been denied all notifications, still hundreds of unread messages and they can stay that way - unread!

In app messages from old vendors.

I get emails when I make a purchase.

I turn off Android notifications for Lazada.  I know what I ordered and I can check for items I've ordered manually.  The spam is over-the-top.

Deselect Seller Promo and anything else you don't want and you'll be sorted.

Done all that. 14 new Chats this morning. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. I give up.

I have found the Delete All button on my Phone app, but it does not delete the same messages on my PC app.

For years I deselected all notifications except for "orders" but Lazada has now decided to violate our privacy. My advice would be to deny ALL notification permissions and just ignore the avalanche of messages, many hundreds in my case. If you order something check progress via the order details.

Yep, and if you're ordering something inexpensive then the free shipping offers and worth having.

I do not care about the discounts I could get using their mobile application, this applies to Shopee likewise.

On my desktop webpage, I have lots of messages I can't read, and I simply delete them now and then.
