Does anyone know  the  popular Vlogger who recently vlogged his terminal cancer journey Steady Eddie ?  I heard he may have passed away but cant find out for sure....

I reported this a few days ago, but wasn't able to get email confirmation from a close friend of his.  So I asked the Mods to lock the topic until I had more news, (which as yet I don't - whether good or bad 'cos I'm still waiting on the email...)

NDTVi posted pics if him last week enjoying a beer at a local pub. He's still alive and kicking. He has been advised to stop vlogging for the time being.

Yes. He's doing as well as possible. Anyone worried about Eddy's well being should watch NDTVi. Nick will post immediately if anything happens to Eddy.

He was posting during his entire illness it seems and suddenly stopped.

Do you know for a fact that he is still alive?

 

Following his channel, it's clear that he wanted to document the progression of his illness.

 

The only other reason he would suddenly stop is that he could be so weak as to not even have the energy or inclination to make videos anymore.

I don't know as I am not associated with him in any way. I am just saying that saying a person is "probably dead" because they stopped making YT vids is the most ludicrous assumption and leads to the cancer we see today in SM where lies and misinformation is spread needlessly.

Watched a few dozen of his vids, find him to be painfully inarticulate and just too "blue collar" for my liking.

And I was wrong. He has just uploaded. 

But it will happen again, because people don't know when they will die and they won't post at the last minute announcing their death.

Nick from a YT channel said he's not doing well, but living the best life that he can. Seems he's no longer doing YT.

I beileve Eddy was terminal. The treatments were just prolonging life, not a cure.

 

I also followed another guy a couple years ago who got cancer in Pattaya right before he turned 60 when he was going to get insurance. It was sad to see the video's just end abruptly.

 

I always wondered if that would be me in a few years and tried to make preparations for it.

Is not my video and the video does not say that he died, it says "you will be missed" cos the situation is what it is, Eddy said it himself, he has only months to live, smart ass.
