Have you tried looking up Samsung Ebike on the internet?

Any other markings on them??

They are likely 18650 Li-ion cells (18mm diameter, 65mm long), if that's the case there are zillions, of varying pedigree (mostly total carp), available from online sellers.

Have you actually identified faulty cells??

No I haven't really looked at the cells yet.

I presume they are not good quality Samsung cells, that I ordered and paid for.

Photo showing complete package you recieved.

Quite frankly, nobody could tell anything from the photo you posted.

Samsung batteries are purple ......... and cost at least 100bht/cell

LR1865HC is Lishen, made in CHina

Sadly, they may have a Samsung SKU, a Samsung S/N, a Samsung P/N, and come with a Samsung Certificate of Authenticity, and still not be a Samsung battery.

Ask me how I know that.

That's just the nature of counterfeit products in LOS.

According the Label you have posted it is a LR1865HC

Battery specs, rating and dimension will help tell you if 'authentic'.

Plus Samsung with have a very readable, scannable,  bar code with product & serial #.

Lishen battery ... that's a good thing, as Samsung does use lishen batteries.
