Trump has failed to end the war and has, arguably, damaged Ukraine with his personal attacks on Zelensky and his lukewarm attitude towards NATO.

There are at least 3 reasons why Putin invaded Ukraine in February 2022: 1. With that clown Zelenskyy and those fools running the eu and NATO making it public knowledge that Ukraine would be accepted in both the eu and NATO, and them expecting Putin just to sit by saying "Yes, that will be all fine and dandy"? 2. Putin saw how easy it was to annex Crimea back in 2014 while Obama & co. did nothing. 3. Putin witnessing the debacle of Biden's Afghanistan withdrawal back in August 2021 obviously was a big encouragement in his decision to invade Ukraine.
