Finally the courts seem to be fed up with the ever delaying tactics and actually sentence. Thank God for that.

This isn't undermining democracy you numpty, this is democracy in action, overruling an autocratic leader surrounded by sycophants setting laws on personal whims?

The left are fighting Trump in every single thing he tries to do, undermining democracy and what Trump was voted in by the people to do.

  • Seems to be getting alot done anyway. He will leave vance with a much easier job as the left continues to lose supporters

By the left fighting trump you are referring to the Constitution, right?

Those not backing Trump are left as far as I am concerned

Thus the madness reveals itself.

More than enough evidence why you, and others like you, are worth no more time than the time it takes to say that you are worth no more time.

Nothing to do with the system, its to do with people going against Trunp for their personal agenda, 15 minutes of fame and sabotaging what he was voted in to do. How many injunctions have been thrown at him since he took office? And that idiot already  filing for impeachment,.

they just accept him being in office,

Same goes for the bed wetters on here

You avoided the issue of you not even being a US citizen, are you????

Why are you continually arguing for trump based on falsehoods , misleading information and fake facts? The courts are carrying out their duties as indicated by the laws of the USA. Maybe read up on the Constitution, Separation of powers and why we have that in the US and stop trotting out the lame cliche " he's just doing what he was elected to do" bs. He wasnt elected to ignore the laws and the Constitution, trample on human rights and threaten legal action on anyone that he doesnt like or opposes him.

Are the reciprocal tariffs imposed by e.g. China now being rescinded? And will China resume exports of earlier banned products? Or is it going to be a double or triple whammy?

It’s going to be an interesting day for Wall Street……hopefully they have finally found a way to stop this nuttiness.Im all for free trade (fair free trade) just not blanket bullying….lets re negotiate in a more targeted manner within the framework of our constitutional framework of checks and balances….no more bullying targeted carefully and well thought through.

I don't mind this court result. Congress never should have passed a law giving the POUTS the power to enact tariffs. Will this apply to Biden's tariffs?

The POUTS should not have the power to entact tarrifts.  Peroid, end of story.

The courts have put a temporary hold on the order to give trump a chance to appeal.

The appeals court gave the plaintiffs — a group that includes state attorneys general and a handful of domestic businesses — one week to respond to the administration’s bid for a stay pending appeal. The U.S. will be able to reply to that response by June 9.

“This is merely a procedural step as the court considers the government’s request for a longer stay pending appeal,” said Jeffrey Schwab, a lawyer for the business plaintiffs, in a statement.

“We are confident the Federal Circuit will ultimately deny the government’s motion shortly thereafter, recognizing the irreparable harm these tariffs inflict on our clients,” Schwab said.
