a friend asked about leaving the country and still owing a mobile phone bill that grew and grew with interest and is growing daily. how can she get out of this trap and wil she be flagged when leaving the country ? thank you.

It depends on whether the mobile phone service provider has initiated legal action against your friend and an arrest warrant has been issued for her.
