TM30 Online - Registering a property - how long to approve

Featured Replies

I have set up a property in the tm30 online system and it has been in the Pending stage for over a week.

Does anybody know how long it typically takes to be approved?   I uploaded the required documents, the same set that I have used for other properties.

There does not seem to be Contact Us or email route to make inquiry.

That's strange as i setup multiple TM30 online accounts with multiple houses in one account.

The new accounts and property registrations where always approved within seconds, so this was approved automaticly.

Looks likke that the system was hanging in your case.

Did you try to create a new account via a different email address to see if that works ?

Are you able to register a house + yourself online now - without first visiting your local immigration office?  I've been a bit lax this trip but as I'm likely to be applying for a visa, I'd better get everything right.  Last time I registered for TM30 (quite some time ago) Korat Immigration insisted that I go to them for the initial registration. Its around a 220km round trip for me, I'd rather avoid that if I can.

When this new system was first implemented it took ~ 5 business days for approval - there was some conjecture that application/documents needed to be approved by the local district office.

No clue what the current processing times are.

Yes previously I recall it was approved in seconds.

Maybe I will try making a new account, thanks

UPDATE - I added in the property again to the same account, and it was approved immediately.  So looks like there are some bugs in the system.

So is it automatically processed...!? I thought the documents scanned and sent, like blue book, chanote etc. needs to be seen by a person to confirm that all the name and addreses match up...!

Also how do they match up foreigners Thai character written name in chanote to English characters in passport...!? Is it just an approximate...
