The Israelis could have bombed the Fordo entrances without help from the US. In fact they probably already have. One needs to have been living in a cave to not know that this MOP weapon is the only one that penetrate into the bunker. And I've just found this on the BBC:

By the way, Trump did follow the rules and notified Congress before the attack, as he called the senior members of the Senate and House. (Thune and Johnson). All that's required.

Read a post from Trump's favorite guy on Fox, Hannity, that 6 GBU-57 were dropped.  That is 180,000 lbs dropped on Iran.  It sounds good but have to wait for the BDA (Bomb Damage Assessement).
