If you remembered what I've said, which obviously you don't, I said I'm not in the shape I was when I was 62, when I moved here, because there weren't any decent gyms close and now that they have one, it opens at 14:00, and I'm always working out at 6AM for the 50 years I've trained, so I can't get there as much as I want.  That still doesn't take away that I'm still in very good shape for my age. You don't go  from the top fraction of 1 % of lifters to weak. Look at Stallone, and he's 78, although he's used HGH all these years which I haven't. You wouldn't want me to come anyway, because I would answer your BS line of 3 hits.
