How busy is Jomtien Immigration at present?

Have to renew my visa this month so wondering how busy it is.

Got my extension renewal on the 20th June. The quietest i have ever seen it took 15 minutes.

Well I was in last Friday early afternoon and decidedly not crowded.

Absolutely heaving today, waited two hours in the bank Q for the income letter further hour in the various Qs in immigration then comes their lunch time and the Qs close  at 1140am so come back at 1 pm where the Qs were even longer.....

 

Some good news though, I clarified with the IO that the Bank letter CAN be dated the day before and sometimes in special cases 2 days.

Went Monday, got my bank letter in 15 minutes from SCB, then I was the only customer at Immigration to renew retirement visa, so in and out in 10 minutes, then returned yesterday to pick up passport. Doesn't get any easier than that!

If you haven't been yet, I expect today to be very  busy, then of course we are into a very long weekend.

I was there Tuesday (yesterday) mid-afternoon just for a photo. Easily 70-80 people at all the counters etc. Looked very busy.
