There is a logic in diverting foreign aid to the poor within the country. States like Alabama and Kentucky have many poor people and no universal healthcare or education to pull themselves up. They won't get it either in this century.

What the BBB does is to give a hand to the top 1% through tax breaks, which is absolutely no help to the American poor.

So what about all the money being syphoned out of the aid given going into pockets. Does anyone think Trump stopping this is a bad thing?
