I support the USA - and because of that I don't support Trump - and my last bp was 107/70.      Your point?  Other than to proclaim that you support the USA but cheer it's destruction under

So when clinton calls trump an illegitimate president & a Russian asset, is that classed as a conspiracy or lies?

Are you seriously posting a wiki list of things trump has said but labelled them all as conspiracies?

😀😀🤡🤡🤡🤡

So, in Trumps case as it relates to HRC be assured that Hillary can never be accused of being an "illegitimate president", ain't happening, thats good news but all bad for HRC after getting thrashed by a political novice in one of the biggest political upsets in US history.

In the meantime, Trump delivers as PROMISED. Well done after only 174 days.

Where?

Let's look at a real research paper.   @bubblegum  @gargamon @BLMFem

I found the data you are looking for.

While we observe evidence of partisan motivated conspiracy theory endorsement in all instances, we do not observe a tendency for Republicans or conservatives to engage in such reasoning to a greater extent than Democrats and liberals. Regarding partisanship, in five of the 10 tests, the correlations are not significantly different from one another, indicating symmetry (i.e., p > 0.05). In the other five, Democrats evidence a greater propensity for partisan motivated conspiracy endorsement than Republicans. A similar pattern emerges for ideology. In four of the 10 tests, the correlations are not statistically significantly different from one another. In the remaining six, liberals engage in greater motivated conspiracy theory endorsement than conservatives.

With many people, once they got attached to a theory, it was hard to get them detached. They’d screen out unhelpful facts, invent favorable ones, and ignore contradictions in their own claims. Look at those Sandy Hook, multiple fraud convictions, and Jan. 6th truthers, babbling about false flags and crisis actors and all the rest. When people were motivated enough to believe something, they were going to believe it no matter what. There was no such thing as a bridge too far.

I refuse to put on winter tires because:

• It’s my car, my choice, my freedom.

• The effectiveness of winter tires is not proven, except by studies carried out by the manufacturers (like I’m supposed to trust them).

• My neighbor Bob had an accident even after putting on winter tires.

• Some drivers are already on their 3rd set of tires, which proves their ineffectiveness.

• We do not know what the tires are made of.

• The tire manufacturers scare us with winter just to enrich themselves.

• In fact, I read on the internet that the tire giants invented snow and spread it at night when you sleep.

• If I have winter tires, the government can track me in the snow.

Buddy! LOL...The talk of children! Trump is the President of the USA and with his taxes, & import/ export duties and

tariffs and his BIG missiles he has an effect on us all even those of us who did not vote for him. He effects us all by what he does and does not do. Ask the Iranians! He's not their president, buddy.

Do you think conspiracy theories only happen on the right?

No, but the prevalence from MAGA is astounding, the volume appears to be unique to the US. I guess not surprising as Trump is a significant contributor / support of conspiracy BS.

I hope this thread provides some comedy relief for all the beta bros. Well, really I don't.

While you keep putting up these stupid threads hour after hour - we just keep on winning.

“We’re going to win. We’re going to win so much. We’re going to win at trade, we’re going to win at the border. We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning, you’re going to come to me and go ‘Please, please, we can’t win anymore.’ You’ve heard this one. You’ll say ‘Please, Mr. President, we beg you sir, we don’t want to win anymore. It’s too much. It’s not fair to everybody else.’” Trump said. “And I’m going to say ‘I’m sorry, but we’re going to keep winning, winning, winning,

No. Winning is winning. I realize you would not be at all familiar with that outcome, but a bit surprised you struggle with the term. I guess it's tough thinking in the abstract after all those SSRIs and hormones. Poor you.

Here is a quote from that research paper:

researchers have identified numerous conspiracy theories that garner more support among the right than left, including those calling into question the scientific consensus on climate change (Miller et al., 2016), the authenticity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate (Pasek et al., 2014), COVID-19 (Miller, 2020), and the election of Joe Biden (Pennycook & Rand, 2021). Second, some researchers show that conservatives display higher levels of generalized conspiracy thinking than liberals (van der Linden et al., 2021); similarly, others show that “extreme” conservatives are more likely to believe conspiracy theories than “extreme” liberals (Imhoff et al., 2022; van Prooijen et al., 2015). Third, conspiracy theory beliefs are sometimes found to be associated with psychological tendencies more prevalent among conservatives, such as authoritarianism, need for cognitive closure, and threat perception (e.g., Dyrendal et al., 2021). Finally, several studies find evidence that those on the right are more likely than the left to engage with fake news and misinformation online (Garrett & Bond, 2021; Grinberg et al., 2019; Guess et al., 2019).

But the abstract then claims the exact opposite!

I completely agree with your post.

I'm a European, and political right leaning, because I can identify myself with SOME of their policies.

In my country, the major right party uses social media to keep in touch with their base.

So a few of my FB contacts will repost some of those posts on their timeline, and in 90% of those posts I really think, how they can fall for these obvious conspiracy theories.

Traitors can be idealistic or mercenary.  If idealistic, they live a lie.

You live a lie. Can you name one Trump policy that has improved life for Americans?

Do you support the terrorists attacking our Law Enforcement as they seek to save the lives of children from the clutches of drug dealing slave masters who donate to Dems??

MAGA's are dumb enough to believe the tariffs applied to goods and services exported to America, are paid by the country exporting them.

MAGA's are dumb enough to believe an antivaxxer/ recovering heroin addict will improve the nation's health, by firing eminent virologists/epidemiologists.

MAGA's are dumb enough to believe a country with 80 km of high speed rail is technologically superior to a country with 48,000 km.

MAGA's don't understand reverting to a fossil fuel-based economy is regressive, when the rest of the world is focused on cheaper, cleaner renewable energy.

MAGA's don't realize the rest of the world is turning its back on an erratic trading partner, and unreliable ally.

MAGA's don't know the medications they buy are 3-4 times cheaper in most other developed countries.

Could you answer the question?   Here is a measure of the USA's technological superiority.   What happened 56 years ago this week?  Let's see if Europe or Ausies tops this.
