Need to raise the level of soil up to the top of the lowest horizontal green bar. The high to the top is 15cm. and I don’t want whatever I use to fill in the gap, to be above the top of the bottom green bar ..ie 15cm. And I want an easy job … any suggestions what to use please?

I’ve considered tiles or something like smartboard …any comments or suggestions please.

Thank you for the suggestion but  I see that it is only 5cm high.  That area contained a hedge but it had got old so decided to replace it.

It’s part of a bigger project to install an artificial lawn. With what’s already been done if I don’t raise that level the lawn will end up well above the soil level and wash it away  each time it rains.  I will install a drain pipe at the corner.

I’m thinking floor tiles 15cm by 60cm glued or cemented in could be the way to go.

A lawn for aesthetics then? Maybe bricks after a little dig, a little below level with the outside walkway, then the arti lawn on top, having it level with the walkway? The boards or tiles can also work, but I'm thinking bricks would be less expensive.
