Trump’s name reportedly appears multiple times in the Epstein files, according to a new Wall Street Journal report. Justice Department officials say he was told about it back in May, but Trump recently denied ever being briefed. That contradiction alone raises eyebrows, especially as House Republicans abruptly went on early recess amid reports they are trying to block more Epstein-related disclosures.

 

The White House is calling it fake news, but video footage of Trump and Epstein partying together in the 90s already exists. No one is saying being mentioned equals guilt, but for someone who constantly demands transparency, there seems to be a lot of effort going into keeping things quiet. Bottom line, if there's nothing to hide then why are they hiding it all?

A federal judge in Florida denied one of three Justice Department requests to unseal grand jury records tied to federal investigations into Epstein, according to a public order released Wednesday.

 

The request is one of three made by the Justice Department to judges in New York and Florida seeking to unseal records from federal investigations into Epstein.

 

Judge Rosenberg faulted the Justice Department for failing to outline sufficient arguments to justify the unsealing of the records, which are normally protected under strict secrecy rules.

 

Rosenberg's opinion states her "hands are tied" given existing precedent in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals which only permits the disclosure of such grand jury materials under narrow exceptions.

Wednesday's ruling only applies to transcripts of proceedings by federal grand juries that were convened in West Palm Beach in 2005 and 2007. Separate grand juries in New York indicted Epstein in 2019, and Maxwell in 2020. The judges who oversaw those cases are still weighing the administration's request to unseal proceedings, and have asked the government, victims and defense teams for more information before issuing rulings. 

 

The New York federal court is bound by different circuit court precedent, meaning judges there could ultimately pave the way for more information to be released.

Its relevant of course, perhaps more out of who were the decision makers in the sweetheart deals Epstein was given.

 

However, releasing the ‘Grand Jury Files’ is a bait and switch move by the Orange Conman.
