Hong Kong has one of the highest meat consumption rates in the world, with residents consuming an average of 137.08 kg of meat per person annually. This high consumption is attributed to cultural preferences, traditional Cantonese cuisine, and the availability of various meat products. The average daily meat intake includes 55g of pork, 78g of red meat, 32g of poultry, and 19g of beef.

Yes, pretty simple get some exercise and try to at healthy. I think try to keep moving do something active even if minimal everyday.

However, a lot of these recommendations do not reference a big male problem in prostate cancer.

I truly feel frequent ejaculation is possibly helpful in prevention.  Some of the suggestions I have seen are over 20 times a month.  So, if one cannot afford to date, masturbation is OK. Don't worry, God forgives you it feels good and is healthy for you.

men who reported ejaculating more frequently, such as 21 or more times per month, had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less frequently.

Evidence and Mechanisms:
  • Reduced risk:
Several studies, including a large Harvard study of over 31,000 men, have found an association between higher ejaculation frequency and a decreased risk of prostate cancer.

My 4 ingredients for happy life

Positive mindset

avtive lifestyle

healthy diet

Love and be loved

A positive mindset, an active lifestyle, a healthy diet, and loving relationships are key components of a happy life. These four elements work together to promote overall well-being and contribute to a more fulfilling existence.

A positive mindset, including optimism and resilience, allows individuals to approach challenges with a can-do attitude and bounce back from setbacks. This positive outlook can be cultivated through practices like gratitude and mindfulness. An active lifestyle, involving regular physical activity, contributes to both physical and mental health, boosting mood and energy levels. A healthy diet provides the necessary nutrients for optimal bodily function and energy, further supporting overall happiness. Finally, strong social connections and loving relationships are crucial for emotional well-being and a sense of belonging. These relationships provide support, love, and a sense of purpose, all vital for a happy life

18 keys to happy life article where the very first key is the most essential one, and this should be your bucket list when you get older to maintain and exercise every day. I just found the list by a search now, and for those who constantly are in bad mood and feel bad energy, what do you have to lose trying to become a bit more happy? Do the work for yourself and your close ones, instead of feeding yourself with negativity. Im sure a daily routine handing out negative emotions here, contributes to a hell life that keep you in a spiral of negativity. Cheer up, embrace the world with positive energy. Good luck

1. How you wake up

Many wake up with negativity and dread and carry that into their day. Then they have a <deleted>ty day and that energy rolls over into their next day. It becomes a pattern and their days just become greyed out as they turn invisible. And life just becomes going through the motions.

I'm a vegan, and only eat fruits, veggies, and plant based meat products.

The 'beef' that I eat goes through 4 stages of processing before completed.   As I understand the cow has 4 stomachs, and their plant based diet is treated and processed.

So no 'going down...'

Harvard Heart Specialist and food researcher Dr. William Li, recommends tomato (cooked) tomato products, red berries, red fruits high in lycopene have been tested and proven to be beneficial in helping prostrate health.  He has written two books on healthy foods and provides where and when the testing was done and the positive or negative results.

Yes because ejaculation in a male colon has the same favorable effect as in a female vagina. :cowboy:

It’s more about what to avoid in the diet rather than what to put in the diet. For starters keep it simple and avoid white carbs, sugar, grease and oils cooked at high temperatures, processed foods and drink plenty of water, the rest will take care of itself.
